I was surprised to see that so few folks had tried to do an anthro Metapod, and even less went the route of someone actually bound up in that shell. :)

She looks lovely, but that shell of hers looks rather cuddley soft... :)

Actually, didn't you drew it in a similar manner? xD; I recall you drawing her like she was inside something yourself.. that or my memory is failing again.

Yup, someone trapped in a coccoon was also my interpretation. When I searched around FA to see what others had done of Metapod, most of them weren't anthro and those that were, had arms and legs and such, maybe one or two others had the bound idea. I'm not saying they're wrong, I just think it's nice to see someone else had the same thought about Metapod. :)

Since I started drawing them all, I like seeing how other artists look at some of the ones that don't translate into anthros easily, and I'm eager to see what else you come up with. :)

Unless you use Special Atacks. Also, a fresh evolved Metapod doesn't know Harden. Ash's Metapod in the anime as well as the Metapod of that samurai guy who was a one shot character uses the incorrect Move List for Metapod. A Fresh evolved Metapod knows Tackle and String Shot. It needs to level up more to get Harden and even then it doesn't replace a Move slot. They are treating those two Metapods in the Anime as if they caught them fresh in the wild. Ash's Metapod never used String Shot, and only used Tackle at the last second to I think save Ash, cracking it's shell right when it was ready for evolution. How inaccurate the main anime is why I like Generations and Origins more than the anime. The other reason is that Ash is still a dumbass after all these years. And yes, it DOES have years pass. When the Pikachu short with the Pichu brothers causing problems, (I think it was the one before the 2nd Movie? I forget...) It was exactly one year since the beginning of the Anime. Right when Ash got Pikachu when his journey began. SERIOUSLY ASH! You overslept on the most anticipated day of your life so far?! It was SO FITTING Gary graffitti'd on that sign saying Ash is a loser. To this day, he still is! Red and every other main protagonist of the games improves greatly over time, Ash doesn't. He improves at slower than a snail's pace! Sorry for my rant on my hatred towards Ash, it took too long. Note there was a time in my childhood I DID like ASh. I cried when Ash turned to stone in the first movie. It was utterly depressing and then a dues EX Machina happened by everyone crying somehow curing him and reviving him!
