Ahh, yes, more of my favorite looks for Faen... sad and handsome. Possibly contemplative. Any of the three will do.
This one's brought to us from shady, supremely friendly lad! It was a real charm to work with em on this piece, all I really wanted to see was the emotions as stated above and "hmm, underwater please?" And then BAM! We got a melancholy and upwards-looking lad on our hands, with some delightful water caustics being cast all over that snout and frill and horns. Water caustics are one of my FAVORITE things to see in any underwater piece ever, so it's my delight to see shady include them so tastefully. <3

And little traces of fish shadows in the background, some wispy kelp fronds, and a little compositional twist to have the background in a smaller square than the character! The way the frill and horns all poke out is so lovely!
