Sometimes simpler means more specific on some details and traits as well as easier to stick with and actually enjoy the whole visage
I am not saying that other cats from your roster are worse or less attractive but something in this one definitely has cool factor and fairly mesmerizing
His face and look show the story and represent person that had quite a harsh life already. But scars only made him more awesome and he wears them with pride without hiding them
I wonder what the story behind the scar and this white hairs bit. Judging by how it placed it is related to this scar as well . Either some really nasty chemicals or magic are involved.
But still the whole design is just astounding despite its more easy approach. So wonderful and badass
And of course artist didn't disappoint with their immaculate performance - everything is absolutely perfect

They aren't really scars more than stress marks from the soul magic he uses, it physically takes a toll on the body for him to use his eye as a focus.

I feel that casual use of magic in many fantasy worlds kinda kill the point of casting and stuff
You literally defy the laws of nature, defile rules of universe, change them or even tear the fabric of space or materium while doing it
It shall take a toll on user or even have a potential danger of being set ablaze or even disintegrate.
And this already kinda gives your character even more flavor and uniqueness
