I suppose most people figured I've been passed by by most of the 'popular' furry characters. Admitedly, it's true I don't draw a lot of other characters, never have, but a while ago a friend of mine did inspire me to give the Star Fox Universe a shot. Did a couple' sketches, including redesigns of the Arwing, not sure if that'll find its way up here though...
Never played past SF64, but considering the turns the characters have taken, especially in terms of design, I think I'm glad I haven't.
Either way, the Star Fox team, the way it was meant to be, from some alternate noir-awesome-verse.

I gotta say...this "noir-esque" rendition you've drawn of the Starfox team looks nothing short of awesome. Being a fan of that particular game series for a few years now, I'm glad to finally see some new fanart of them that has a less toony look and a more gritty and mature look about them. Like others have said, even Slippy looks cool from the design of his face and his well-worn engineering maintenance outfit.

I've never played a StarFox game, but I suppose one could say I'm a fan of the characters via what I've seen of them from other artists, and from the apperances they made in Super Smash Brothers Brawl.
I personally think the outfits they had in SSBB were the best I've yet seen, but the proportions there are way too cartoony. I like what you've got here.

Gods I love StarFox. Admittedly I will say they have kinda fallen off what made them great in the past with their newer games, but hopefully Nintendo will set it straight on what they were always great for, vehicle combat, and then put it online, heh.
Also, new StarFox 64 remake coming to 3DS! WOOO!!
Also, I like how you depicted them as a more realistic anthro version of themselves than their more big headed anime-ish look. It's something I've not seen done with them before, and I find it pretty refreshing.
