Nice neck but the "notch" under the lower jaw give some older and weird look to your model phisically.
If the adam's apple is intended to be visible, it should be more placed higher on his throat instead of being in the middle height of the neck

The original model looks gracefull and good looking. looks like a cervine ^^
Your colored version is well done, perhaps hairs need to be worked more, looks a bit plastic , but I confess 3D modeling need is not the more easy way ^^
I won't mind to rub along his/her long gracefull neck ^^
