Was taking some advantage of some photography advice I was given, both in helping with lighting (Placing a White shiney binder opposite the light to cause a reflection helps a lot!) and perspective as well.

A lot of what I make can be turned into Gluten free by switching out the flour, I suspect these biscuits would work well due to there chemical levening and lack of working the dough much and not developing much gluten. Though I haven't really looked into the types of gluten free flour out there beyond knowing of Potato Flour and Rice Flour are two commonly used.
