Starmada information
Taffy, the Small Sweetheart
The youngest and most frail of the Starmada, and chosen to represent happiness, Taffy has undergone the most changes in her lifetime. Her previous life, when she adopted the name Sally, was cut extremely short, even before the Starmada was formed. It was thanks to Sanctum that Taffy lives on today, as she kept her soul in stasis before it could pass on to the afterlife. Some may see this as cheating death, even Taffy herself would say this if asked, but in Sanctum’s eyes, she gifted Taffy a second chance. Taffy’s second life began when she was placed in a new body, originally a sculpture made by Crystal. This new body is a small statuette of a dragon, made entirely of bubblegum, and as such, Taffy’s own skills developed with this in mind. Naturally, she is able to blow bubbles much larger than the average human can, relative to her own size, even before learning some magic of her own, and dedicating said magic to her own bubbles. But to defend herself, a special dagger and yo-yo made of tempered sugar glass, and given enchantments of their own. Now she is capable of blowing bubbles even larger, with said bubbles strong enough to resist popping from everything except her own dagger. She is rather timid in battle, and instead prefers to be sneaky. The shock from her delivering a swift backstab is enough to make anyone collapse, though the stinging pain will only last a minute or two.
Assigned partner: Syrup
A small horned cobra, Syrup acts as an equally sneaky and disruptive counterpart to Taffy. His venom is not lethal, but is instead extremely sticky, oftentimes used to make Taffy’s gum traps even harder to escape, or to keep enemies from turning around, preventing them from avoiding a backstab from Taffy.
