This is the second person, 
Perditatrampairbud05 who wanted Ruff Ruff Red from Ruff Ruff Danger Dogs to become a pumpkin belly from wearing a cursed inflatable diaper... I forgot the inflatable part, but still I managed to get the belly done... which I forgot as well so technically, this was a second pic of the first art I made. At least it's finally done. Also, some random can of beans fell over onto him, I guess the pamp decided to have him rump bump against a wall till the beans fell. Would definitely make him more gassy and fatter.
