It might be a case of going to the DHC Website and sending in a message of sorts inquiring about a quote. I know myself personally I'm working on psyching myself up to ask about Head and Feet commissions, or if they do just Partial/Full Suit commissions

*pat* Well, I ended having to actually email the Yahoo email address provided on the Website for DHC since my Message wouldn't go through. So whenever I hear back about my answer, I'll know the cost myself to budget out for it if possible since I still gotta make the Bodysuit before I even Commission anyone for the Head and Feet ^^;
