Just a little something that came to me the other day, involving an early interaction between girlfriends Anna and Rikki, and Caesar, a (short) young man who just kinda showed up one day. Anna adopted him because it was very clear from the moment she saw him that he was mentally incapable of looking after himself... but because of his condition, nobody knows much of anything about his past, or how he came to be at this town all by himself.

As for his shock collar, the lock is broken and won't open, and any attempts at removing it cause him to get upset, anyway, so they just leave it be... despite the fact it occasionally shocks him. cx


I've been meaning to flesh out my characters--and indeed the world they live in--for quite some time now, so this is a welcome addition for me hehe
Besides, I've wanted to draw Caesar for a while, and Rikki has been an exceptionally rare sight, herself, so it's good to see her again!
