Cha-rugurske, or simply Pablo, was a former seraph in the service of God. The reasons for his fall are still uncertain, but he always tells you that life outside of paradise is much more interesting. After his banishment, he swore allegiance to Hell, sacrificing two of his six wings as an oath. His reward for his sacrifice was almost total access to the libraries of the underworld, veritable mines of forbidden historical and arachnid knowledge, which he complemented with his celestial abilities, becoming extremely powerful in matters of magic.

Of all the magic he has learned, the art of mind control and transmutation have always been his favorites. Combining both, he has been able to bend and recruit to his ranks many beings he has encountered on his path.

Although his home is in Hell, somewhere in the Ring of Envy, he prefers to spend most of his time on the earthly plane, as he greatly admires the things that humans have created. Digital entertainment has always been a big hobby for him; he simply loves the internet and video games.

He usually makes all sorts of deals, offering the usual: money, power, knowledge, and finding a partner with a nice ass. He'll fulfill his part of the agreement, provided the other party does too, but if they don't, Pablo will have complete freedom and immense power to screw you over—you can be sure of that.
