The arm can change into another scream extractor machine (yeah remember there two extras from the GBC Monsters Inc? X3). Any victim would not be able to escape since the dark liquid would come out through the mask and wrapped around the head. Keep it in place >;3

The mask piece can extend to a long distance to find victims in smaller areas, that includes both middle and extractor arm masks ;3

The third arm that used to hold the machine up can still hold the machine up. Just be careful when you hear dripping 7w7
