It's everyone's favorite dragon Bob! I hope his appearance in this prequel comic isn't too forced though cuz I always wanted to expand on his backstory a bit, seeing that it was only 3 pages long in Captive.

As far as I remember, Bob was responsible for the death of only one wolf from Gervic's squad, Javec. The mage drove him crazy, and he attacked his commander, forcing Gerv to kill his comrade. Zaer managed to escape, so he's still alive, and Cobby was killed by Gharn. But that's all still to come. For now, Bob is, in my opinion, a normal dragon who is humiliated by other dragons. And I don't see him as an actor. I see him as a character with a difficult fate.
Yeah, I'd forgotten about that, especially since in Part 3 there were three ghosts visiting Gerv: Cobby, Javec, and Heuron. However, if we were shown the deaths of the first two - Cobby was shot by Gharn, and Javec was killed by Gervic because the wolf commander had no choice - then what happened to the third wolf? I don't remember us being shown his death. Yes, Zaer says that the rest of the wolves in the squad died, but Heuron's ghost was the only one who didn't have any blood on him, while the other two ghosts had the injuries that led to their deaths. It's complicated.
Now, about Bob. I don't know why, but I'm sure he's a good dragon.... so far. The moment that makes the poor guy turn into a mage and sadist obsessed with revenge against the wolves hasn't come yet. Something will probably happen later, maybe even something magical, but for now, this dragon is kind and honest. That's why I'm defending him, but I'm doing it without excusing his future version of himself. Whatever happens to Bob in this timeline is NOT an excuse for his cruelty. I feel sorry for him, but it is very hard to forgive what he has done..... if it's even possible.

That's also true. But he also didn't know exactly how his girlfriend died, even though her spirit was covered in blood in the nightmare. The wolf learned about the death of his beloved woman later from Vlagg. However, anything can happen. Right now, we need to keep an eye on Bob and his behavior. I hope that they will tell us more about him.
