Technically no. It is just inspired by a part of book 8 in the Temeraire series. Temeraire is part of the British Royal Aerial Corps. In book 8 he is part of the fight against Napoleon's inavasion of Russia. The Russian winter leaves supplies scarce. So at one point Temeraire ponders having a dead Russian soldier thrown in the cooking pots with the dragon's rations. In the story he is aghast at the idea.
Basically I wanted Temeraire vore art, so I decided to loosely base this off a scene from the books.

Quite a neat idea. I myself often think about the Gobi journey in Book 3, where I imagine one of Temeraire's crew offering themselves to their dragon secretly, arguing that if one of the humans collapses, Temeraire can carry them, but if the dragon gets too weak to move, they are all screwed.
