You heard she would be back in the parade, despite a mysterious theft of the last parade balloon. But the owners seemed happy to have the chance to get a new one and spouted about it's new and improved design in the lead-up.

Tallu didn't disappoint either as she sailed above the crowd, floating majestically and holding the lines taunt with her swollen helium belly. Her gaze looked more predatory this time, like she wasn't just on the look out for an opportunity to tease, but trying to find whomever would be vulnerable to her balloony, feline temptations.
