On the way home to London, the former Seeker has largely been holed up in their cabin, trying to avoid the crew seeing the fact that they're turning into a bat. (And caring for a hungry and cheeping infant)

Luckily for the Seeker, the captain of the vessel is an understanding sort. The Sunrise Zailor has seen too much to be weirded out by the events, and as no harm as come to their ship as a result, makes sure to visit the Seeker and keep them company when they aren't needed in the capacity of captain. Little Oswald is just happy to be comfortable with his adoptive parent, especially when they spin a top for him.
