Spring 25, Year 4

If today was the last day that Beep could walk around without worrying about the representative for The Order of the Knights of Pythagoras, then he'd make the most of it. His saddlebags had been loaded up ahead of time in preparation for this errand, and contained the last of the items he had collected while he was here. There rest had been given to Krobus, sold, or discarded. Even his tools, all iridium quality, had been given to Krobus, save for his pickaxe and Infinity Blade. Beep wanted to take those with him, as a reminded of his time here.

He started early, years of note taking letting him know where everyone would be on a rainy day like this. Mango for Leo. Coconut for Linus. Leaving gifts in front of the carpenter house. (As much as he hated a few people in town, and couldn't care less about a certain blacksmith, he still included them.) Up to the Adventurer's Guild then taking the minecart back to town. Evelyn was sweet, and George kept up his grumpy facade, but Beep still saw the flash of a smile when Beep presented him with a leek. Alex's exercise book was left outside his door.

Gus appreciated the orange, a nice snack as he prepared to open the saloon later today. Jade for Emily, tiger's eye for Sam. Haley turned her nose up at Beep's gift, especially since he was very muddy, but he could still hear her pick it up as he left to go back outside. As Beep turned south, he shook the water from his fur. He was thoroughly saturated, but thankfully he was able to hold his wings over his bags, protecting his cargo. Elliot delighted in having a new duck feather quill for his writing, and Willy held up the mead bottle in a toast to Beep's generosity before taking a hearty swig.

As Beep made his way up to Blue Moon Vineyard, he entered at the tail end of Scarlett crying to Sophia. Scarlett had been arguing with her dads, how they did jack shit about her mental disorder and how it affects her life, instead blaming her and calling her lazy. Biggest fucking mood. The shock of Beep's arrival caused a pause in the distress, turning it into confusion when Beep produced a bottle of honey (for Scarlett) and a fairy stone (for Sophia) from his bags, then excitement when he bestowed the gifts to each lady. It was lunch time, so Sophia offered to make lunch for the three of them, which Beep accepted. He still had a few more gifts to bring, but they were on the way home from here. Scarlett grabbed some towels from Sophia's bathroom to help dry Beep off, as he had been dripping onto the floor for several minutes now, and helped the deer dry off. After a delightful lunch, Sophia wanted to show off her cosplay for an upcoming convention. While she had wanted to act out a scene outside, where she'd have plenty of room, it was still raining, so she did her best indoors. Woes temporarily forgotten, Scarlett and Sophia kept up the conversation about their shared interests, while Beep beeped his departure, and left back into the rain.

Fairhaven Farm, then Marnie's ranch. Loop back around the lake to the wizard's tower. Beep didn't want to interrupt Morgan's training, so he left their gifts on the floor and used Magnus's nexus to find Lance (he was Ginger Island today, since it was a Thursday.) Beep left the fruit tree orchard he had made on the island farm standing, for whoever found it next, and used the obelisk next to the hut to warp back home. Beep saved the best for last, and gave Krobus a jar of Void Mayonnaise. A lovely farewell to the people of Stardew Valley and beyond, gifts beloved by each and every person he had known in his time here, to thank them for being his friends.
