I see to it that this is a fitting entry to the final TF month, and his comment nails the explanation:
"Since this will be the last one, I've decided this month's will be an MTM rather than an MTF like all the last ones. ... (Since the first TF with me for TF Month was a mascot TF, let's make my last one a mascot TF too)."
