I'm probably wrong, but it looks like the gazelle is turning into a human, and shedding the old skin.

But it's probably just a person wearing a gazelle fur.

Actually, if you go to the artist who inspired the work (particularly http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6198450 ), I'd have to stick with my initial guess, that it's an animal-to-human TF.

I dislike the crying part (then again in her situation; maybe his situation?; I would cry too...) but otherwise it's extremely sexy.
