... I'm not good at chess, so, when I say that the arrangement of pieces makes no sense for a checkmate, please understand that I mean it.
From what I see, the Point-of-view's bishop is being moved, but the only position it can move to and endanger the king, would leave itself vulnerable to the king.

Still an awesome TF idea though.

There coul be an offscreen queen at H2 protecting the bishop from capture by the king.


But then i don't see why the king couldn't move to D8 unless there is also an offscreen bishop in H3.. but we see a tiny bit of H3 and it look empty.
(would also need an offscreen rook/queen in the F column to block the king to escape there )
