This is just a messed up looking drawing of the ever messed up Lick the Rat, shirtless on a green background. I think I have drawn lick shirtless more than any of my other characters. That transparent blob over to the left is a remnant from another drawing which I hid the lineart of, but left the color as an artifact of the fact there was a drawing over there.
