I don't understand why diaper furs feel the need to class everything that they see to look as a diaper.
Here's a dose of brain; Did you notice the bow for the outfit was on her chest piece? What does that say to you? I mean, I highly doubt it's coincidence to have face on panties and bow on bikini. It's why the bow is there!
