History:

Old: Born in a suburb outside of Las Sierra (it's basically vegas) He followed in his father's footsteps and joined the police in the department where his father was now chief. Any issue he encountered he met with anger,usually accompanied by violence. While this made him effective at his job it also prevented him from advancing past his position.

Recent: He encountered one Kyle Blackpaw and ended up murdering him in a rage as Kyle gaslit him to get out of a speeding ticket. Later, he came to be a thrall under the Angel of Pain, though he does not remember how, who assigned him to the very same, Kyle turning out to be an immortal magic user. While having his new position explained a practical demonstration turned traumatic as he was forced to experience death via a mental connection to Kyle while he was forced to cut Kyle's throat. Since then his feelings towards his new master and role have been complicated at best, but somehow he does not hate either.
