A friend of mine drew my Sonic OC, and I did the coloring. She made a few adjustments to his design, but here he is. Anyway, Looie is a Mobian wolf, who uses a magic paint brush to create constructs which only last for 30 minutes at the most. Or whenever he's done using them. However, he is still in training on how to use it. He is a shy and modest fellow. Art is his hobby, and his tool in facing the forces of evil.
