That write-up works well. There are a few spelling and grammar errors.
High strength means high muscle mass, dense bones, and high energy requirement (need lots of high-calorie food). Weight requires energy to carry. I'd put typical strength levels at something like 12x, 6x and 3x for guardian, worker and farmer strength levels compared to humans. Having guardians be much stronger than others makes sense. They won't need to carry weapons to do their jobs. High strength also means less need to use fuel for machinery, as people can carry out the tasks.
For health benefits, things like heart problems, genetic diseases, obesity, cancer, acne, and poor eyesight could have been mostly genetically edited out. It is a high-tech society. I doubt there is a biological need to store metabolic energy for famine, as they would be rare. F1 and F2 generations after a starvation event (such as those caused by war or extreme poverty) would still see obesity, as that is a trait that mammals have.
Here's an interesting aside: Humans have a blubber layer, which no other primate has. This, along with upright posture, downward facing nostrils, lack of body hair, diving reflex, belly to belly sex (which only aquatic mammals engage in), excessive tear production, psychological desire to live near water, and a few other factors are part of the 'water ape hypothesis,' the idea that at some point, the ancestors of humanity were semi-aquatic. East Africa had lots of rivers and marshes.
