He is sustained by a variety of deep sea and coastal fish, and also is protective of the southern Japan region.
Armed with a breath weapon mixing atomic power as well as ice temperatures, the azure color can also extend over his entire body, causing a glow that can seen at the ocean’s surface for miles. This serves as a warning as well to local residents of impending storms or tsunamis.
