One of the spooky fellows is No-Face from Spirited Away.
The skeleton in the back seems to be Skull Knight from Berserk.

I actually know all of the doctors but didn't know some of the skeletons so your list helped me with them.

And as someone else said, the name of the doctor to the left of Wily is Fuyuhiko Date, or just "The Doctor" from Cave Story.
