born from the Union of the Mystic Queen Virgle Devontess. and the Incubis Stark. Dao Stark Devontess, was one of the single most powerful beings the world of Atheria had ever seen.

Born durning a time when the 9 dragon gods were "Awakening Animals" and chooseing their chosen races. Daos was tasked by the 9 to be their shepard, their guide. who taught the ritual of awakening to the animal races. and showed them how to walk on two legs, think and use tools. as a Druid, Dao Stark felt a close kinship with the hybrid races of Lower Gothrin. it was the beginning of a new era in Gothrin and the world. basicly this was the second age. when the boarders of all kingdoms of gothrin and grimora begun to be blurred and folk from their native lands began to explore beyond.

at this time atheria was still very very young. and the people here didnt know to much. some of the older gods (pyre, era, ethos and so on) were still in this Mid life as it were (many of them have, passed on or become something new) but still have ties to Atheria (the old world)

anyways. getting ahead of myself. Daos was tasked to watch over the beasts people (essecaly furry races) and he took his job very seriousely. when Alexander's sister crossed over to explore the new world, he was the first person she met and. dispite their differences. they fell for each other. fell in love and even had a few kids of their own.

but then the bishops of pyre caught wind of this and felt it was a Sin. they had met Daos previousely but thought nothing of him. as Pyre was a kingdom built on anceant Human ideaologise thinking they were superiouse because they had domesticated animals in their kingdoms.

they were wrong.

when the bishoped delcaired war on Daos and all of the gothrin labling them as Savage Beasts. thus sparked the crusades. and countless pyre solders and legions enterd gothrin and begun to round up the furry people and. started to put them to the sword. little did they know. ALexanders Sister Xandria, was among them. She died on a Legioneer's spear.

and this Enraged Daos. With ALexander by his side. Daos tore througth the encampments of the pyres and in some cases alone he did this. becomeing the most terrorfying Monsters he could imagine to strike Fear into the Pyres. thousands fell to his claws and his primal savagery. at once proveing the Gothrins people were indeed, savage enough to fight back and inspired them to use tooth and claw, beak and wing, fang and stinger against their oppressors.

they torn across gothrin driving out the pyres. with a growing mob of angery animal people at their backs. and drove the Bishops legions into the sea. but the bishops were determined to win at all costs. driven by their own egos. they drew 7 legendary Lances. and gifted to their most loyal and hardiest generals. and staged a final challange to Daos and his hoard.

the last battle waged on for 9 days. and on the last day Daos answerd their call. knowing that it was a trap. he stepd out onto the plains of Gothrin and faced down the Bishops and their champions. and drew their attention while Alexander flanked them from behind. and desimated their supplie lines and closed the gape to crush the bishops forces in one fell swoop.

but that day Daos was periced by all 7 spears, witch turned his body to stone. and In one final act of defiance. Daos drew in the last oucnes of his will and pushed out against the world. Excellerating the Ritual of Awakening and Awoke "Every Animal there of in the world to the level of human intelligence". Therefor saveing Gothrin, its people and the whole world from any sort of tyranny. to this day Daos is spoken fondly as their savior in Gothrin, and is a prime examplar for any ruler to always fight opression and corrutpion.

the people of Gothrin have a saying. "No Kings, no rulers, no Lords, no princes, no masters. We are Free. We are Alive, and we are Very Aware. So beware yourselves."

Generations pass. of corse. Daos's body is placed in the bottum of his mountain. where he would slumber deep in stone. hope for a cure would be found but his will was so devistating to the world it almost shatterd it asunder.

Until he woke and. well. thats a story for another time...
