Glorious piece of art
I love both representation of this arbor design (which is truly aesthetically incredible) and atmosphere of this scene
I like how gloomy background clouded with uncertainty and danger creates contrast with butterfly blue wings and gentle pink glow of lantern which is definitely something more than just source of light but the source of magic as well
I would say that if your work wanted to show something like Hollow Knight mood, you absolutely succeeded and better than it could be done
