Woo! After redesigning the boy a year ago, I finally finished this portrait for my new avatar. With his new spade emblem, it seemed fitting to pay tribute to my favourite game, so I gave it my best approximation of the Balatro background and added some Jokers and playing cards. I had to redraw them, so they have official depixelised versions I guess. In all honesty though, I could have just reused the sprites as well as the Joker sprites and it would have been just fine, so that was just a needless amount of effort, lol. This drawing is to blame for me not posting a second batch of custom Jokers yet, because I want to turn this into the Photograph Joker and so that slot's been empty until now.
And yes, of course I had to be holding a red steel king in my hand :P
