Hecking finally I've decided on both a name and an order for this one. It only took me uh... Oh... Oh god.
Anyways! Here's Lux's Champion form! Rokuromon made her so freaking cool here I was considering upping this form to Ultimate. But that'd leave me with a hole for the champion form, and any possible Ultimate is way off in the future so it's better to leave that issue to future me.
The other thing I had to debate was the name. I have a name for her Mega, which I was considering to use here, but then I'll just be without a name for the mage then. So I've been searching for a fitting name for a while and just earlier today I noticed that Lumen can also be used for "life" as well as light. And since this form vaguely started off as a poorly drawn Anubismon recolour when I first made it, that was a fitting tribute.
So yes, Lux Ultimate form. She'll get this way into the future canonically but funnily enough it's the only one I had started on. Then I got Rokuromon to help and WHAM, it be done.
Lux is actually a very strong Rookie, she's just really good at not showing it but she is. Due to a quirk in her design, she's actually terrified of evolving further. Why she had to do it eventually though is unknown but it must've been rather serious. I might have a trigger for it planned tho but it'd need some restructuring of the story...
While this form is stronger, what's more important is that she's a lot more confident in it. Because of her past she has constantly been questioning life and death, but the surge of power she now gets filled her with a renewed confidence in herself, and in life. Her underlying, and usually more dormant, programming gets stronger. While it whispers of death and coldness, her boosted confidence can shackle and use it to perfectly balance rationality and feelings.
You'd have to do a grave sin to see this form, as she is no longer afraid to judge you for it.
