YES! I have made the first kandie tail that I know of. its 34+ inches made for my wonderful pet 
QuietFire . Probably one of the most difficult pieces ive ever made >.< it can be attached to a belt and swings nicely. Quietfire plans to string 100 glowsticks in it for insomniac's rave, Nocturnal. the blue glows in the dark and is blacklight reactive.
Im not sure if I'd ever make one again but theoretically I might make one as a trade for a head from a experienced fursuit maker since it took longer and cost as much as a fursuit head >.<

hehe thx :3 and yush id love to see you again! and so would QF who is here and would love to see you too. ill have my fursuit head by then myself ;3 and yeah we TOTALLTY are goign and we talked about it this whole weekend whilel camping with a bunch of other chill furs as well
