It's actually a sleeker version of the Turian Ghost Infiltrator armor with a helmet that I based off from Anthem's Intercepter Helmet. The blades are based off the wrist blades the Turian Cabal Vanguards use, while the small blades are a form of the blade armor power used by the Batarians from the ME3 multiplayer. All designed to make him a terrifyingly lethal and utterly deadly martial artist by converting all his physical attacks into lethal cutting and slashing movements.
