This was mainly an excuse to get Xenmus here a slight redesign. Found myself coming to dislike the claws on his feet and wanted to gear his design more towards the Mewtwo design he already had. He's a diplomat afterall, and clawed feet can be intimidating. Despite the above image, he is the friendly face of his family.
