So is it true that raptors have feathers?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's the scientific consensus. Even Jurassic Park got on board, it looks like-- sure they left the Velociraptors proper in their 'legacy look' (see: scaly, big, no feathers) but apparently in some of the newer films they've depicted other raptors more faithfully to modern knowledge!
Velociraptors also would have been around the size of a turkey. So a big bird but not that big.
