I need help and each time I feel VERY sorry asking about this kind of stuff.
I feel very desperate
after a certain event that happened in my life I'm getting the help I need by visiting my psychologist.
I try to work, it's very hard and I lost in myself.
but yesterday real life dragged me from my thoughts when I realized that it emptied my wallet dry.
I can't even buy foods for my cats not only I can't pay for the mortgage:(

please if you can, help me with new year ych ideas, my head is absolutely empty.
