Small Brooke had a birthday party on her birthday and Charming Dazz of course was there, but she had something sinister planned. That plan was tainting Brooke's cake with one of her potions so that she could be her little foal for a certain amount of time.

After the cake was served, Small Brooke poofs into a foal once finishing her slice of cake and Charming Dazz reveals her intentions. Charming Dazz forever wanting to regress other ponies.

(Btw, Brooke will be having her revenge on Charming Dazz in a couple weeks for the "nice present" she gave her, but for now, Brooke is Charm's temporary little foal)
