For every part I publish of my current story, this is the image I use as the thumbnail, fitted with a part number. I thought it might be nice for you guys to see the image properly, showing the two kings of my story:
To the left is Kalior, the Day King, ruling the realm of Solunara when the sun is in the sky. He favours feasts, festivals, arts, and combat.
To the right is Selanor, the Night King, ruling the realm of Solunara when the moon rules the skies. He favours reflection, astrology, history, and invention.
Both Kalior and Selanor are adopts from
MJ-Magpie, and the tarots are done by the amazing 
Lirietrai.

You can check out the story I'm writing around these characters. It's essentially worldbuilding, but it is written in the perspective of the explorer and academic, the Capybara Belatos Inkwood, studying foreign realms, societies and cultures:
