They designed some that way, so that you didn't have to worry about turning it around.

No! I mean. The deck at the front and the back. of the caboose... Like why is a big deck at the fornt of the caboose?

Transfer cabooses tend to have smaller bodies than a standard caboose but usually use a standard length frame.

I miss cabooses. I wish they still used them. On the other hand, it'll be a lot easier to be a hobo when The Second Great Depression happens.
