Rough Tumble is an otter superhero! But no water powers here! No sir! Because otters tend to have a favourite rock they use as a tool, he has geokinesis powers! He can lift the heaviest rocks and manipulate them however he wishes! :D
Also, his superhero costume has a construction worker theme to it. Nifty!
