Masked Fluttershy, based on her appearance in TheBigFNDeal's fanfic: Masquerade.
I probably made the yellow streaks in her hair too big, but since this is my first time attempting this version of Masked Fluttershy, I'd say it turned out fairly well. But that's just me.
