The reason I drew a picture of Buizel using the move Blizzard is because I had a Buizel (Now a Floatzel.) on my pokemon Platinum team with the move Blizzard, and I always wondered to myself, "How does Buizel or Floatzel use the move Blizzard in Pokemon?" After thinking for many long hours, I thought to myself, "If Buizel or Floatzel can spin thier two tail fast enough to propel themselves through the water, then thier two tails must be powerful enough to WHIP up a MASSIVE BLIZZARD." Hint why in this picture Buizel is using the move Blizzard by spinning its two tails instead of the standard Blizzard coming from its mouth like Delcatty, Skitty, and Audino.
