I would like to continue with this as well as the "Heredias Equestris" comics, but currently I'm really busy irl.
I also have no idea how to continue. I could make some more pages, but I'm afraid they just wouldn't have an interesting plot.

That's exactly why there was a first page. : D
It's true that keeping him against his will isn't really nice, but he couldn't just roam around the city as a fox-person. Also, because this TF gas was developed and used by Dr. Thomas Frisky's (owner's brother), he is the only person who can reverse this transformation.
