Lamb, after her original cult perished, was raised by a family of four wolves, two dads and two brothers. Even across the sea, agents of the Old Faith hunted down any sheep they could find, and the family pretended Lamb was a goat. This wouldn't work long term (especially around people who had met both sheep and goats and could smell the difference), and Lamb didn't experience settled living again until she came to the Cult of the Lamb temple. Thus, she doesn't have much experience socializing with others. She's learned more types of relationship since she became a cult leader, but romantic love has been one that whooshed her so far.

*Lamb's spouses are more of an administrative position than a romantic one. They're her close friends who help manage the cult's day to day activities.
