I think that exact storyline was used in an episode of Monster Girl Doctor, the patient of the episode was a flesh golem who sometimes had existential crises because she could hear the voices of the various people whose bodies were used to make her. I think the doctor diagnosed the issue as her limbs not being properly integrated, he sewed her limbs back together paying attention to the nerve and blood vessel connections (her creator only lined up bone and muscle fibers) and she felt more like a complete person afterward.

Atleast this one did not kill children and framed innocent maids for it. Even Victor Frankenstein was in some ways nicer, he atleast recognised the creature as his "Son" in the end
