Hey! Hi! This is (from left to right) Brisk, Carli, and Arlo! They're my very special polycule I came up with recently, when Frou Frou's "Guitar Song" came up on shuffle for the first time in a long, long, long time and inspired me to find a way to turn that longing, pining vibe into something where everyone involved was happy, instead. I've been wanting to make a vole character for ages, thanks to a reread of Guardians of Ga'Hoole and Wolves of the Beyond, and the inspiration that struck after Imogen Heap bodied me finally got me doing it! As for the other two... they kinda just materialized in my head. I've wanted to make a character with unnatural fur color, for one, and am a very real raccoon enjoyer, for two. I also wanted to try something other than the gray/black default, so I did!

So here we have the hyperpop catboy twink, the indie/synthpop vole who overthinks everything, and the emo punk raccoon with a much brighter personality than his aesthetics suggest, very much based on the Magical Boyfriend of Skulls from resnijars' game Salad Fields, if I'm being honest. As for these sweet boys who I love very much, I've written over 36,000 words about them as of right now, made a playlist around them that's currently standing at 164 songs, and it all mostly happened in a 3-day fugue! I've debated pushing the publishing of the story itself to the forefront because of how much I love them and because I even went so far as to draw them, but I'll probably hold off? Even though that means it wouldn't be coming out for like. A year. Because I just have that many stories in the backlog.

idk. I usually spend ages doing review after review before I'm comfortable with a final publication, which is why all these stories I started writing like 4 years ago have only been getting posted as of this year. That being said, I'm kinda really happy with what's done of Arlo, Carli, and Brisk's story even though I've only done a few rereads, so if there's interest I could probably be convinced.
