I kinda need a villain character for my Pokemon Universe, so I made one!
Meet Dr. Taki, The Fusion Pokemon Scientist!

[ Alternative Version (Without his Coat) ]

■ NAME : Takanami Ushio, a.k.a. 'Taki'
■ SPECIES : ??? (Scolipede-Gastrodon Hybrid)
■ SIZE : 3.9m/12.8ft
■ GENDER : He-Him
■ AGE : 37
■ PERSONALITY : Blunt and Standoffish, Dry, Aloof, Insensitive, Keeps to oneself, Hates to be bothered by anything but except his research

■ BIOLOGY
= A former human scientist who chose to fuse himself with other Pokémon.
= Even after his lab was shut down, he built a secret facility near the original site and continues his research there.

■ ATTRIBUTES
= His body is wine-colored — a massive goo-like blob formed from a mixture of various Pokémon DNA.
= His “shells” are essentially hardened slime. He can melt them back into his body, reshape them however he wants, and of course, slip into full-blob mode!
= He can speak and write human language fluently — which makes sense, considering he was human once. :P
= His entire body is poisonous, potent enough to affect someone just by being near him due to his toxic fumes. The poison is addictive — once exposed, you start craving more of his goo despite knowing it’s harmful, until you eventually pass out from the toxin.
= He can alter the composition of his poison and even mix other chemicals into his body. However, he’s unable to make his body non-poisonous or remove its addictive properties.

■ TRIVIA
= He introduces himself as a “Scolipede–Gastrodon Hybrid,” though that’s questionable. After analyzing his own body, he discovered he’s made of roughly 30% Gastrodon DNA, 30% Scolipede DNA, 20% human DNA, and 20% assorted leftover Pokémon DNA fragments.
= He’s not particularly fond of “visitors,” but he sometimes allows them to stay and wander around — as long as they don’t break anything in his secret lab, interrupt his work, or… discover what he’s researching.
= He enjoys eating. Since he used to be human, he mostly consumes human food. Bringing him Pokémon food might feel like an insult to him, so… be careful. :0

= He was one of the chief researchers at Lab Epsilon, where numerous immoral and illegal Pokémon fusion experiments were conducted. When the lab was raided by the Pokémon Rangers and authorities, he chose to fuse himself with the leftover DNA amalgamate — both to hide and to continue his research.
= He’s slowly losing his human memories, including the original reason he began his research. He now believes he started it to complete the work he and his colleagues began… and eventually return to his human form.
