ah was wondering how they enforced the 0 child policy thing when there was very little inhibition and taboo on actual sex or anything. You probably explicitly mentioned it but I just glossed over it on an earlier page. it's kind of interesting how it's almost literally how the HL2 antagonists work, but it actually works out here and isn't seen as oppressive. the parenthood test no one is failing is kind of a catch-22; anyone who would WILLINGLY sign up is probably gonna pass the test, but typically the most virile/fertile members of a society at the peak of their reproductive potential aren't vetted before they start shooting their DNA at each other and don't start thinking of the consequences until the fetus is half-way finished (to be honest I wouldn't be here if that wasn't the case )
