With this painting, I didn't want to experiment that much; I simply wanted to have some fun with a bustling scenery around the pumpkin. So, technically speaking, the essence of a watercolor is somewhat lacking, nevertheless, I really like the brightly colored, overcrowded atmosphere of the two allotments, and also the bewildered look one cheetah gives the other, precisely because the other has a much, much larger one.

All in all it's about the iconic knife scene from the Crocodile Dundeee movie:

»Me got a pumpkin.«
»Ha, ha, that’s no pumpkin. THAT’s a pumpkin!«

PS: I always say this, but this piece looks way better in person than the digital version – I just can't get the colors to look the way they should.
