Actually,this wasn't meant to be Kissinger...He was secretary of state under Nixon...I guess when I designed him I had in mind the rumpled,unassuming looking "Grey man" who could be just another face in the crowd....btw,he's the chief of the U.S. Government's most secret intelligence agency,even above the CIA...It goes by a couple of different names...OSI , Intelligence-1,etc. I'll explain the "Gold Key club" another time. ^ ^

I actually have done that for newspapers! I should look into getting back into that,it's just that thye pay is lousy,and once they publish your drawing it's theirs to use as much as they like without any further payment to the Artist! But I'll look and see if there's a paper that treats it's Artists better perhaps...>.<;;;
